Facelift

Roxanne decided for her 50th birthday that she wanted her face to show how she felt about life! As a wife, business owner, fitness model, and mother of two, it is easy to understand how time can take its toll even on a face as beautiful as hers. Prior to meeting us, she had gone to a non-board certified plastic surgeon for facial aesthetics. She received Artefill injections to her lower eyelids, resulting in permanent lumpiness, and a poor overall appearance to her lower lids. She wanted to improve her facial appearance, and remove the effects of her previous Artefill injections.

Upon analyzing her face, we elected to maximize her natural facial assets by providing a brow lift in conjunction with facelift, bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty with septal excision, bilateral lower lid “pinch” blepharoplasty with direct removal of her Artefill granulomas, structural fat grafting to malar area (cheek), nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and upper and lower lips. We also did a brow lift to acceuntuate her natural French-Canadian features. As always, platelet rich plasma was aerosolized during her surgery. Her final result speaks for itself. Roxanne proves that 50 is the new fabulous!!

Recovery from this procedure was under 14 days. Results on this beauty have lasted over a decade, as we still get to see her occasionally for Botox, or a touch up filler treatment. Strong will always be sexy, and your face should always reflect your strengths.
