This beautiful 34 year old female felt that she looked a little “tired”. She was interested in finding a solution for age spots/skin damage, a lowered brow, and wanted to look more “perky”. She had very little downtime to spare due to her busy schedule in the performance arts. As such, we agreed upon using broadband light to improve her skin appearance by removing her melasma/brown spots. At the same visit, we provided a chemical brow lift with Xeomin, an injectable cheek lift, and a lip plumping procedure.
We chose this pathway based on the natural inherent beauty of her face. She has amazing facial features, including a very high cheekbone, radiant green eyes, and a strong overall jawline. As a former model, she had high expectations because of her background. From our perspective, we wanted to enhance what she naturally was provided rather than create something that isn’t there.
Our procedures took just under an hour. Recovery was less than one day. Results shown reflect our ablility to accurately identify aesthetic strengths and weaknesses in the aging human face. As well, this specific intervention reflects the potency and synergy created by combining nonsurgical facial modalities. By utilizing multiple platforms, techniques, and technologies, we are able to create durable, natural outcomes. Not one filler, not one laser, not one type of skin care will “fit all”. The best results are created nonsurgically when we are able to combine appropriate levels of multiple approaches rather than overemphasizing one specific approach. Our goal with every patient and every intervention is to provide each patient the best possible result in the safest fashion with the least amount of surgery. After photos shown at 3 months.
